NAVY, AIR FORCE, COAST GUARD, ARMY..... I've been specializing in military
rentals since I started in 1997. I can help take the stress out of your PCS. Just ask your future coworkers
about me or the Housing Office and they'll give you references.
I've worked with many members from newly enlisted to Commanding Officers. I know everything
you need to know about your OHA's, utility allowances, off-base housing process, maximum days of TLA and
more... my job will be to find you the best place as soon as possible with the least amount of stress.
Need transportation? No worries, I can pick you up on base if you don't have your vehicle yet or at your hotel.
Chances are I probably worked with someone you know or will be working with as I've work with many military
members in almost all branches. Tell me what dept. you work in and I'm sure I've worked with someone there.
I'm very familiar with the rental process both in the Navy and Air Force and worked with all the Housing Counselor
and they can attest to my services with providing quality rental services to all members. I recommend that everyone check into housing for a briefing before heading out for a showing
and also check out base housing to see what they look like so you can compare that to off base housing. Housing is very
strict with them so please check asap. I've had many customers get in trouble for waiting a few days. If you need to contact
the Navy Housing, you can call 671-333-2081. For Air Force housing, 671-366-2127.
I have 3 brothers in the US Military service, 2
in the Air Force (Andersen and Travis) and 1 recently retired in the Navy (Yokosuka) and take great
pride in assisting new members and family moving to Guam. I even went to Army ROTC in college, but I like the civilian
life much better (lol). I certainly enjoy working with new military members arriving to Guam and want to make your move easier.
