There aren't much complexes available in this area but up the hill from downtown Hagatna is the beautiful Holiday
Towers with absolutely first class finishings and amenities such as ocean & city view, pool, security, jacuzzi, and tennis
courts. Rents in this building range from $1700-$2500 for a 2-3 bedroom. Beautiful 2 story penthouses are also available
from $3600++. Naval Hospital is approximately a 7 minute drive from this complex. This complex doesn't have much vacancies
and usually taken very quickly.
Ladera Towers, Mangilao
Ladera Towers is the most popular luxury condominium complex in this side of the island. This
condominium complex partly functions as a hotel and residents can utilize the amenities of the swimming pool, front desk,
elegant lobby, fitness center, convenience stores, tennis courts, playground for children, covered parking, and security.
The rooms are only available in 3 or 4 bedrooms. By far, it has the best masterbathroom I have seen in any condominium with
a fullsize jacuzzi tub, separate shower stall in elegantly finished in marble. Large kitchen space and large balconies, definitely
woth a showing. Rental prices vary per floor even they are the same floor plan. Rental starts from $1700.00. Approx. a 12
minute drive on the backroad to Andersen Air Force Base, 15 minutes to Naval Hospital and 25 minutes to Big Navy. Perfect
for Officers/Executive who like quality living. There's a waiting list to get into the most affordable units,

Breathtaking oceanview, spacious 1400 square feet, 2bd/2ba units
awaits you here at Villa del Carmen. 15 minutes to downtown Hagatna, 20 minutes to the hotspots of Tumon, these units
have 2 masterbedroom of equal size and floor plan with their own bathrooms. Perfect roommating or just
needing an extra guest room. Priced at $1700 (min 1 year lease but short term possible), you won't find this
quality out in town for this price. Put this on your "must see" wishlist when you get to Guam.
This is a very popular beachfront condo and probably one of the most I've rented over and over. Right on the
Hagatna Bay beachfront, they come in 2 or 3 bd/2ba and can be fully furnished or unfurnished without at price difference in
rent. Starting rent is $2275. There are also ocean front units that start at $3400 and beautiful penthouses
that range $4000++. Why is it popular? Well, if you are in need of a short term quality rental month to
month, they'll take you! Lets say you are in escrow waiting for your house to close but don't want to stay in
a hotel, this is a great choice especially if you have kids. A lot of my customers like this because the furnitures
are included with no additional cost. Many customers arrive with no furnishings so this is a great choice.
